Participation of the Algerian Embassy in the celebration of "Chilean Cuisine Day"

Taking part in the celebration of "Chilean Cuisine Day," the Embassy of Algeria in Santiago was pleased to join the Chilean Gastronomy Association's (Achiga) initiative, "The World Celebrates Chilean Cuisine." that brought together typical dishes from the five continents, incorporating Chilean ingredients to create a unique cultural fusion experience.

Through the presentation of "Sandwiches with Algerian Semolina Bread," we chose to highlight this staple product which, for centuries, has not only nourished people but also told their story and reflected their unique worldview, becoming a universal language that unites peoples.
