VI session of the Algerian-Chilean Political Consultations

The Secretary General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Lounes Magramane, co-chaired the sixth session of the Algerian-Chilean Political Consultations on Thursday, November 27, 2025, in Santiago, Chile, together with the Undersecretary of Foreign Affairs, Ms. Gloria de La Fuente.

These high-level talks provided an opportunity to assess the current state of bilateral relations between the two countries and explore ways to develop them at all levels, particularly in the economic and trade sectors, in a way that reflects the potential of both nations.

Furthermore, both sides exchanged views and analyses on various international and regional issues of common interest, including the evolving situation in the occupied Palestinian territories, the Western Sahara issue, and multilateral matters such as the environment and UN reform.
