Voluntary affiliation to the National Retirement System
As part of the implementation of the instructions from the President of the Republic, Mr. Abdelmadjid Tebboune, aimed at ensuring state provision of social security coverage for the national community abroad, and in accordance with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 22-351, dated October 18th, 2022 (which defines the specific conditions and procedures for voluntary affiliation to the national pension system for members of the national community abroad engaged in professional activity outside national territory, as well as their rights and obligations), the Embassy of Algeria in Chile informs members of the Algerian community residing in the country that the national digital platform for voluntary affiliation with the National Social Security Fund (CNAS) is now available via the following link: https://teledeclaration.cnas.dz/index.xhtml
It's important to note that this decree allows eligible individuals to acquire pension rights in Algeria and also benefit from social security coverage, including in-kind benefits for health and maternity insurance.
